Description
Vermentino, a typical Mediterranean grape variety, finds its ideal habitat in Maremma. The sea breeze that caresses the Mandorlaia vineyards enhances its characteristics. Its fresh and lively aromas anticipate delicate aromatic and fruity notes, making it ideal for aperitifs and seafood dishes.
Grape varieties: Vermentino.
Vinification: in vats. Cryomaceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C.
Maturation: in stainless steel vats and then in bottles.
Alcohol content: 12.5-13.5% vol.
Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow color with golden reflections. Intense and persistent aromas of flowers and wild fruits. Lively and fresh acidity, harmonious flavor, intriguing finish of exotic fruits.
