Description
A single-varietal Viognier wine produced by Castello di Poppiano in an innovative spirit. The name of the wine comes from the name of the vineyard, a very suitable location where Viognier expresses its potential to the fullest.
Grape variety: Viognier
Winemaking: Vinification in vats. Cryomaceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C
Maturation: Aging in vats. Bottle aging for at least 1 month
Alcohol content: 12.5-13.5% Vol.
Tasting notes: A straw yellow color with slightly greenish reflections. Fresh and pleasantly fragrant with slightly fruity notes of peach and apricot, elegant body and long and pleasant finish
