Olio Extra Vergine d’Oliva “Laudemio”

Description

The pride and joy of Castello di Poppiano is Laudemio, a selection of olives harvested early from the estate’s best olive groves, those of Podere La Costa. The olives are harvested by hand in crates in the first half of November to preserve their full fruity flavor.

Laudemio is made from 100% Frantoio olives.

The production process is meticulous, both in the field and in the mill.

The quality of Laudemio is guaranteed by the strict panel testing of the Consortium.
