Description
The rocky soils, the arid climate of Massi di Mandorlaia, a strict selection in the vineyard and a very limited production per vine give life to this noble, powerful and balanced wine. A combination of Alicante and Petit Verdot, it is aged in Allier barrels for two years and then in bottle. Suitable for aging and pairing with roasted meat and game dishes or very mature cheeses. A limited production of bottles each year and a prolonged aging make this wine particularly complex and for meditation.
